Pakistan Fawad Chaudhary Arrested: Pakistan’s former PM and PTI chief Imran Khan has suffered a major setback. Former Pakistan minister and senior PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary has been arrested. Meanwhile, speculation has intensified that Imran Khan may also be arrested soon. After the arrest of Fawad Chaudhary, a large number of his supporters have gathered outside Imran Khan’s house.
Former Pakistan minister Fawad Chaudhary had earlier claimed that Shehbaz Sharif’s government was planning to arrest former PM Imran Khan.

Farooq Habib, leader of Imran Khan’s party PTI, told about the arrest of Fawad Chaudhary on Wednesday (January 25) morning. He said Fawad Chaudhary was arrested from his residence soon after he publicly condemned the government for conspiring to arrest PTI chief Imran Khan. PTI has expressed apprehension that Shahbaz Sharif’s government will try to arrest Imran tonight.
A case was registered against Fawad
Islamabad Police has confirmed the arrest of former Pakistan minister Fawad Chaudhary. Islamabad police sources said the PTI leader was arrested from his residence near Thokar Niaz Beg in Lahore. A case was registered against Fawad Chaudhary at Kohsar police station in Islamabad on Tuesday night on the complaint of Election Commission Secretary Umar Hameed. Many leaders of Imran Khan’s party PTI have strongly condemned the arrest of Fawad Chaudhary.
Imran Khan may also be arrested
Anticipating the arrest of Imran Khan, PTI supporters have gathered outside his residence. The rumor of the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan spread in the early hours of Wednesday. A large number of party leaders and workers reached his residence in Zaman Park, Lahore. PTI leaders allege that there is no such thing as law left in Pakistan.
