Pakistan Oil Crisis After Blackout And Inflation Now Petrol Is Over

Pakistan Petrol Shortage: The economic condition of Pakistan is very critical. Inflation has reached its peak in the country and starvation-like conditions have been created. Meanwhile, there is now a shortage of petrol in Pakistan. If media reports are to be believed, a huge shortage of petroleum products has started in some cities including Lahore. However, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has rejected the talk of oil shortage outright.

Refuting rumors of petroleum shortage, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority has said in a statement that misinformation about rising oil prices along with petrol and diesel prices is being circulated in the media and in the interest of the general public. This should be ignored.

Petrol pump owners stopped selling oil

Despite the OGRA clarification, petrol pump owners in various parts of the country have stopped selling oil as a result of reports of a possible increase in the prices of the petroleum product. Due to the closure of the petrol station, the common citizens are facing difficult situations.

Petrol is almost over in Gujranwala

If reports are to be believed, less than half of Gujranwala’s gas stations have oil. At the same time, long lines of oil are being installed in many cities including Lahore, Faisalabad, Dipalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalpur. After the news of increase in gas prices, there is now a shortage of oil in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Petrol station owners in the province have reduced sales of gasoline, making it difficult for customers to obtain gasoline. The acting Chief Minister of the province Muhammad Azam Khan has also taken note of the situation. Let us inform that the people of Pakistan had also experienced a long blackout before this. It is clear that there is hue and cry in Pakistan regarding electricity, inflation and petrol.
