Amidst this sad news, one important thing is that Noma is not closing forever. Rather, it will reopen in its new form in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. René Redzepi, co-owner of Noma restaurant and renowned chef, took to social media to announce, “We (Noma) have to change in order to stay in the market. As you know, Noma is closing because we’re looking for a new one.” Chapters are starting Noma 3.0.”

Last seat booking in 2024
According to media reports, Noma restaurant has been preparing and serving Nordic food for two decades. In this way, the booking of the last seat for eating food in Noma will be done in the winter of 2024. Noma needs to be changed
A report in The Independent states that the decision to close this world-famous restaurant was taken by Chef Redzepi. He realized that this needed to change in order for the fine dining industry to survive in the long run. Redzepi said, “We have to completely rethink the industry. It is very difficult, and we have to do things in a different way.”
