Antony Blinken tweeted on Sunday, sharing details of discussions he had with India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar in Cambodia on the sidelines of his ASEAN summit. Blinken wrote in a tweet – met with Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar at the summit in Phnom Penh today to discuss ongoing efforts to mitigate the effects of Russia’s war on Ukraine. We discussed in detail the partnership of both countries, America supports India’s #G20 presidency.

S Jaishankar and Blinken discussed the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, which has completed nine months and there is no solution to it. S Jaishankar tweeted after the meeting – Had a good meeting with US Secretary of State Blinken, in which Ukraine, Indo-Pacific, Energy, G20 and bilateral relations were discussed.
S Jaishankar is accompanying Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, who is leading the Indian delegation to the 19th ASEAN-India Summit in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also met UN chief Antonio Guterres on Saturday.

India will chair the next G-20 summit and for this earlier this week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the logo, website and theme of India’s G-20 Presidents.
